Driver of Hummer Strikes and Kills Woman Bicyclist

A driver of a Hummer H2 is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter after she hit and killed a 48-year-old bicyclist. Police say drugs and alcohol were factors in the accident and arrested the driver.
